Job Summary:

To perform administrative assistance duities

Job Duties:
  • Office Administration: Answering phones, directing calls, managing mail, greeting clients, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Calendar & Meeting Management: Scheduling appointments, booking conference rooms, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
  • Documentation & Data Entry: Drafting reports, editing documents, creating presentations, and updating digital/physical filing systems.
  • Logistics & Travel: Coordinating travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries for staff.
  • Financial Assistance: Processing invoices, tracking expenses, and basic bookkeeping.
  • Communication: Acting as the main point of contact for internal teams and external vendors
